In hopes of perking Mugwumpian visits to this board, I'm suggesting a new feature (in addition to our hopefully ongoing trivia feature): the Mugwumpian caption contest. It works a bit like Mugglenet caption contest - just take a look at the picture posted and make up a silly or outlandish caption for the image! Every week (or every other week or so depending on results), the first person to post the caption for the previous week gets to pick and post a new image. I'll start us out:  Ok, go! Note on posting images: go to the Leaky Galleries at gallery.the-leaky-cauldron.org/ and pick an image. Right-click on a smaller "thumbnail" image (don't open the full-size image: it's too big!) and select "Copy image source..." or "Save image link..." or whatever, depending on the browser you're using. Then on this board, hit the image icon when posting a message and this will appear: ![]() [/img]. Paste your image url between the ] and [ and you're set! [/i] |
